How appointments work

Access our platform and choose the service you want (Online or In-Home).

Briefly state the reason for your consultation. Our system will match your needs with the doctor currently available, ensuring the fastest possible service.
Instant
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation with the appointment details and, in the case of teleconsultations, a secure access link to our virtual room (no need to install complex applications).
Medical Act
At the scheduled time, the doctor begins the consultation. All clinical information is recorded in a shared and secure medical record, allowing them to access your medical history if you are seen by another doctor in our network in the future.
Follow-up
After the consultation, you will have access to a direct channel to ask specific questions about the prescribed treatment.
